Saphira is a mid-early cider variety. It is an interspecific variety that was bred in 1978 in Geisenheim, Germany by prof. Helmut Becker - crossbreeding the Arnsburger and Seyve Villard varieties. The variety is more resistant to fungal and fungal diseases.
The aroma is dominated by citrus fruits, the taste is usually full and extractive.
In our winery, it belongs to the Organic series, which represents wines from vineyards with an ecological management system.
